MY SERVICES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING-
My flat fee pays for, but is not limited to, all of the following wedding services:
a) Wedding planning, no matter how many hours I put into it, which includes locating wedding and reception cites, contacting and scheduling appointments and visiting all of your vendors either with you or for you. Creating a master plan for your perfect wedding day! All mileage and long distance phone calls are included.
b) Rehearsal and wedding ceremony directing, and reception hall decorating, working closely with the caterer and florist, and rental supplier
c) Samples of wedding invitations and reception accessories to choose from before you order
For all of this, a non-refundable deposit of $600 to reserve your wedding weekend is due upon hiring me. The remainder of my fee will be billed in one flat monthly payment, with the first payment due 30 days after my start date. Call me for availability (my calendar is booking up fast!) and my monthly fee quote.
If you're doing all of the planning but want to be pampered, relaxed and stress free on your wedding day, then you can hire me for THE MONTH OF. I sit down with you, get all of your vendor information, and pick up from there. I will also come direct your wedding rehearsal the night before, and then will oversee all of your wedding vendors the day of the wedding. I will direct the wedding party down the aisle for the wedding ceremony, then head to the reception site to be sure everything is done as you had planned. For THE MONTH OF wedding coordinating, my fee is $850. I require my standard $600 deposit upon hiring me and booking your wedding weekend. The remaining $250 is due one week before your wedding. This is a fantastic solution and insures you will have a stress-free wedding month!

d) Calligraphy services for that sophisticated and elegant look on your wedding invitations, note cards, and response cards that you just ordered. FREE hand-penned calling cards with each calligraphy order!
e) Stunning Monogram cake toppers, along with other wedding ceremony and reception accessories, such as the unity candle, sand ceremony set, wedding bubbles, personalized gifts, toasting flutes, etc.
f) Rental of ballroom chair covers in white satin with organza or satin sashes in your choice of 29 different colors to coordinate with your wedding colors...lowest rental in town....$4.95 per chair set (cover and sash) plus shipping and handling.
g) Need that special speech for your toast as best man, maid of honor, or father of the bride? Now offering professionally written, personlized speeches, 2 to 5 minutes, by master speech writer! Call me to have questionnaire sent to you!
h) Decorate with freeze dried rose petals, in glorious colors...single colors or mixed, small order or large! Great for stunning aisle runner! Call me for price quote!
